Howard Hunter
CEO
The study of music imparts creativity, an understanding of timing and patterns, and a mathematical mind. Howard studied at The University of Colorado Boulder and Berklee College of Music in Boston. Pivoting to business, he honed his leadership skills working for Outer Banks/Jasper Textiles in North Carolina and, later, in Costa Rica. In 1998 he founded Digital Agent LLC, obtaining a Certified Local Telephone Provider license and creating a new player in the phone, internet, and IT arena. He still promotes music and the arts, serving on the Board of Directors for The Atlanta Opera since 2013, and at The Metropolitan Opera in New York as an Advisory Director 2015, and Managing Director 2023. His creative leadership style inspires a tremendous work ethic throughout the company and pride in being part of the Digital Agent family.

Keyur Patel
Chief Operating Officer
Keyur joined the Digital Agent team in 2003 as a Network Engineer. Since then, he’s worked a variety of customer-facing roles and built a team of dedicated engineers and technicians. A true jack-of-all-trades, he also has a knack for translating complicated technical concepts into everyday language that makes sense to our clients. He now puts his diverse skillset and love of problem solving to full use in overseeing and optimizing Digital Agent’s operations. What else would you expect from a ramblin’ wreck from Georgia Tech?

Keyur Patel
Chief Operating Officer

Scott Pritchett
Vice President, Engineering & IT
If mastering one’s craft requires 10,000 hours of dedicated practice, Scott Pritchett could’ve called himself a master years ago. Although he sees himself as primarily self-taught, Scott holds a Bachelors in Information Technology and a Master’s degree in Computer Science. He served as Internet Director for an independent telephone company for 10 years and joined the Digital Agent team in 2015. Loading all the certification acronyms behind his name might crash your browser. He’s the best in the business, and he’s our VP of Engineering & IT.

Lori Phillips
VP, Sales & Marketing
Lori joined the Digital Agent team in 2015, bringing 16 years of corporate marketing and sales experience from companies like Comcast, Charter, and Fox Networks Group. But Lori yearned for a greater connection to her clients. Coming to work for Digital Agent gave Lori that opportunity. She thrives on creating meaningful relationships with clients and to see first hand the difference that personal touch can make.
Interests: Martial arts, gaming, playing music, golfing, puppies
Lori Phillips

Josh Gerber
Senior Sales Executive and Marketing Coordinator
Josh Gerber is Digital Agent’s Solutions Savant. A graduate of Atlanta’s own Georgia State University, and with Digital Agent since 2009, Josh knows Voice, Internet, IT, and Infrastructure as well as any sales executive in Atlanta. If you’ve got a technology need, maybe one that requires an outside-of-the-box solution, he’s the man you want working on that problem. He’s outgoing, detail and service-oriented, an inquisitive tinkerer, and a lifelong learner. Our customers love that Josh listens intently and delivers on their specific priorities. He embraces the philosophy that he works directly for his customers, a concern that he demonstrates long after the sale.

Heli Patel
Voice & Data Manager
Heli became a Digital Agent in 2018 and quickly mastered all things voice and data. She is intelligent, quick with a solution, sharp, and witty. Her technical skills are complemented by her amazing creativity—which she has used to author multiple books for children and adults. A Kennesaw State grad, she also volunteers her time with Women in Technology, inspiring girls to pursue careers in STEM. She’s inclusive to everyone and a true team player. Heli is a pillar of the Digital Agent community and an exceptionally diligent and caring Voice & Data Manager.

Employee Spotlight
Chris Abbamonte
Chris Abbamonte isn’t a rock star—he’s a Heavy Metal star. He rose to fame as a guitarist for Atlanta-based band Hallows Eve and played for a crowd of thousands at the Metal Blade 25th anniversary show. As hard core as Chris’ music career is, he’s also an experienced Systems Engineer and one of the friendliest faces at DA. When he isn’t shredding his guitar or helping customers, he’s likely practicing bushcraft in the gorgeous mountains outside Atlanta or playing Dungeons and Dragons. His most prized possession is his 1991 Gibson SG Junior guitar, which he’s used to write many of his own songs. Chris is currently playing in Thrumm, an Atlanta Doom band, who released their first EP “Neon Dead” October 31st 2022 and are actively gigging the local club scene.
